A team task disagreement turned physical Thursday night in the Big Brother Naija house when housemates Zita and Rooboy escalated a verbal clash into a food-throwing incident and physical contact.
The confrontation began during Team Pineapple’s game session when Zita accused Rooboy of disrupting her group’s performance. After Rooboy insisted he had apologized to the team generally, Zita rejected this as insufficient, stating he never apologized to her personally.
The exchange quickly turned personal, with Rooboy calling Zita “stupid” and Zita retorting with “dumb ass man.” The situation exploded when Zita threw a plate of Indomie noodles at Rooboy, who responded by physically striking her.
Housemate Isabella immediately intervened, questioning Zita’s decision to throw food. The serious altercation violates the show’s strict non-violence policy and is expected to draw disciplinary action from Big Brother, potentially including disqualification for either or both housemates.
