Afrobeats Sensation Recognized at Georgia State Assembly for Exceptional Contribution to the Arts and Economy
Nigerian Afrobeats icon, David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, has achieved a remarkable milestone by being officially acknowledged as an ‘Outstanding Georgia Citizen’ in the United States.
The prestigious recognition was bestowed upon him during a session of the Georgia General Assembly, attended by members of the Georgia Senate and Georgia House of Representatives. The speaker, in a special introduction, highlighted Davido’s status as a U.S. born citizen and honored him with the distinguished title for his notable contributions to the state.
