“Still in Awe!” – Nigerian Star Celebrates Career-Defining Moment at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Nigerian DJ and producer DJ Cuppy has shattered personal records, delivering the biggest performance of her career to a roaring crowd of 62,000 at London’s iconic Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The 31-year-old music sensation, born Florence Otedola, took to Instagram to share her disbelief and gratitude after headlining a major Saracens Rugby Club event. “STILL. IN. AWE,” she wrote alongside backstage photos. “I just headlined the biggest show of my WHOLE LIFE DJing to 62,000 people! Every moment from soundcheck to the final track felt like a dream. This is more than a job. It’s answered prayer.”
Known for her infectious Afrobeat and electronic fusions, Cuppy had the massive stadium on its feet, further cementing her status as a global force in music. The milestone comes after years of high-profile gigs, including sets at Wembley Arena and the FIFA World Cup, but this stadium spectacle marks her largest audience yet.
Fans and fellow artists quickly flooded her comments with praise, from “Queen of breaking barriers!” to “From Lagos to London, you’re unstoppable!” Even Saracens Rugby Club joined in, reposting her performance clips with the caption: “You brought the house down!”
