Osimhen Demands Higher Salary and Release Clause Before Finalizing Transfer
According to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Napoli and Al Ahli are nearing an agreement for a transfer package exceeding €65 million for Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen. The deal is reportedly close, with only minor details left to finalize between the clubs.
However, no agreement has been reached with Osimhen himself. The striker is demanding a significant salary increase and the inclusion of a release clause in his contract. While Napoli is prepared to let Osimhen go, negotiations between the player and Al Ahli remain far from complete.
Osimhen is currently considering his options and is not open to a loan move, indicating that a final decision on the transfer is still pending.
