Politician accuses wife of violent “rampage,” says substance abuse is the real crisis in their marriage.
In a sharp and detailed rebuttal to his wife’s domestic violence allegations on instagram, billionaire politician Ned Nwoko has accused actress Regina Daniels of being the aggressor, attributing her behavior to a severe struggle with drug and alcohol abuse.
The response comes days after a viral video showed Daniels in distress, claiming she faced violence in Nwoko’s house. Nwoko’s account, however, describes a scene of “unprovoked carnage and rampage” in his absence. He alleges that Daniels, in a 48-hour span, slapped and hit three staff members and caused significant property damage, including destroying cars and windows.
“Regina was not always like this. Her current battle with drugs and alcohol abuse is the root of our problem,” Nwoko stated, framing the conflict as a health crisis. He expressed fear for her life and safety, claiming she has now moved to a location where she will have “unrestricted access to drugs.”
Nwoko defended his own character by contrasting Daniels’ behavior with that of his other wives, asserting that none would ever accuse him of violence. He identified two individuals he claims are his wife’s drug suppliers, including one he referred to as a “tiny evil devil.”
The politician revealed that he has set a condition for reconciliation: Regina must accept a rehabilitation program, either in Asokoro or in Jordan, where she would be isolated from her supply. The situation escalated further, according to Nwoko, when their child, Moon, required hospital attention. He claims that a “clear headed Regina” would have taken the child to the hospital, but instead, she threatened their resident nurse for exposing her alleged drug use.
While Nwoko was at the hospital with their son, he alleges that “a scene of chaos” was orchestrated at his home by Regina’s brother, whom he identified as her “main drug supplier.” This account presents a direct and escalating counter-narrative to the domestic abuse claims that have captivated the public.
