In an emotional post, the businessman highlights his son’s first phone call and commits to peaceful co-parenting after a decade-long feud.
Businessman Olakunle Churchill has publicly expressed gratitude to his ex-wife, actress Tonto Dikeh, for her role in ending their bitter, decade-long feud and forging a path toward peaceful co-parenting.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Churchill revealed a pivotal personal moment: receiving the first phone call from their son, King Andre. “Hearing him call me ‘Daddy’ was deeply touching and a reminder that what God cannot do does not exist,” he wrote.
He directly addressed the reconciliation, acknowledging Dikeh’s personal growth. “I acknowledge the growth and grace evident in the manner in which this matter has been resolved,” Churchill stated, thanking her for being an “amazing mother.”
Declaring their past conflict firmly over, Churchill emphasized a future built on cooperation. “Forgiveness has paved the way for a new chapter,” he wrote. “We are now focused on co-parenting with love, care, and a shared commitment to raising our son.”
The post is a direct response to Dikeh’s own social media testimony last week, where she credited her faith for healing the rift. Together, their messages signal a remarkable end to one of Nollywood’s most public and protracted personal disputes.
