A violent argument involving former Big Brother Naija winner Phyna (Ijeoma Josephina Otabor) erupted at an Abuja hotel early Tuesday, forcing police to intervene with teargas to disperse the crowd.
The confrontation began inside Phyna’s hotel room over an alleged unpaid N200,000 and quickly escalated. The dispute spilled into the lobby, turning from a shouting match into a physical brawl as more people joined the fray.
Security personnel were overwhelmed before police arrived on the scene. Officers eventually used teargas to subdue the crowd and restore order.
The incident marks a tumultuous return to the public eye for Phyna, who had recently taken a break following the tragic death of her sister in a road accident.
