Winger Stays Positive Despite First League Defeat of the Season
Barcelona winger Raphinha has shared an optimistic message with fans following the team’s 4-2 defeat to Osasuna at El Sadar on Saturday. The loss marks the first time Hansi Flick’s side has dropped points in the 2024-25 La Liga season, as the coach rotated his squad for the fixture.
Raphinha, who was left out of the starting XI but featured as a substitute in the second half, expressed his belief in the team’s resilience despite the defeat. Barcelona couldn’t overturn the scoreline, although Lamine Yamal scored a brilliant goal to provide a moment of hope.
After the match, Raphinha took to social media, writing, “It is through defeats that we learn to grow. I have a lot of confidence in this team and the work. Still together, always together.”
