Real Madrid Targets Leny Yoro After Signing Mbappe

Young French Defender Set to Bolster Real’s Defense

With Kylian Mbappe now a part of their squad, Real Madrid is shifting focus to signing 18-year-old Leny Yoro from LOSC Lille to strengthen their defense after Nacho Fernandez’s exit.

Yoro is keen to join Real Madrid, but Lille’s high asking price was a stumbling block. However, recent reports suggest that Lille is now willing to lower their demands, making the transfer more feasible. Journalist Ramon Alvarez de Mon has reported that Real Madrid hopes to finalize the deal and announce Yoro’s signing by July 16.

Negotiations between the two clubs are ongoing, and Real Madrid is optimistic about securing Yoro. With Lille ready to adjust their price, the deal could be completed soon.

Real Madrid’s pre-season starts on July 15, and having Yoro join early would help him acclimate to his new team. Since Yoro won’t be part of the France Olympics squad, he will be available for the entire pre-season under coach Carlo Ancelotti.

Now, it’s up to both clubs to finalize the details and reach an agreement, with Yoro already eager to join Real Madrid.
