Actress Denies Allegations and Claims Police Warrant Issued for Her and Family Members
Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has publicly accused her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, of fabricating claims that she and her family stole $40,000 from him, alleging that a police warrant has been issued for their arrest over the allegation.
The dramatic claim surfaced during a live Instagram session with a relative, identified as Speedy, who revealed she had been summoned by the police for questioning regarding the reported theft. Daniels interjected, asserting that it had been “confirmed” that Nwoko was behind the complaint.
“Ned doesn’t even keep money at home, so which one is we stole $40,000?” Daniels challenged during the emotional exchange, casting doubt on the plausibility of the accusation.
Speedy demanded that the senator provide video evidence from security cameras installed in the house, while Daniels maintained that Speedy was not even present on the day the theft allegedly occurred.
As tensions escalated, a visibly distressed Daniels urged her relative to de-escalate the situation, pleading, “Oya, go inside, go inside. Carry brother Sammy, everybody, go inside.”
The public airing of the dispute marks another contentious chapter in the couple’s ongoing separation, shifting from previous debates over drug use allegations to accusations of financial misconduct and legal intimidation. Nwoko has not yet publicly responded to the latest claims.
