The 27-year-old England international has emerged as Spurs’ prime target to fill the creative void left by James Maddison’s long-term injury and Heung-min Son’s emotional departure to LAFC. While Palace initially hoped Eze’s £68m clause had expired, Tottenham are negotiating a potential £60m deal – though they face stiff competition from arch-rivals Arsenal, who have monitored the silky midfielder all summer.
In a double transfer push, Spurs are simultaneously negotiating with Manchester City for Brazilian winger Savinho, though the Premier League champions demand over £50m for the 20-year-old.
