The 34-year-old artist posted a video clip on her Instagram that documented the moment she received immediate medical attention after the accident. The video portrayed the swift response of medical professionals who were on hand to assist her. Despite the shock and distress caused by the accident, Alade displayed resilience and gratitude for her safety.
In her Instagram post, Yemi Alade recounted the details of the incident that took place on August 17. She mentioned that the car crash occurred between Barcelona and Benicassim in Spain around noon. She further revealed that she encountered a minor medical emergency due to exhaustion, as she performed on stage merely seven hours after the accident. The singer’s determination led her to participate in the event’s after-party as well, seeking positive vibes amid challenging circumstances.
Alade expressed her deep gratitude to the Almighty for her protection and sustenance throughout the ordeal. She wrote, “Life is for the living… I didn’t want to put this out, but the devil had other plans, but my Jehovah Jiray said NO! THE blood of Jesus spoke for us. I only lost a nail, it all happened suddenly. Nothing is too sudden or complicated for God. His Grace is more than sufficient.”
