Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State has announced a scholarship for Miss Nkechinyere Umeh, the highest-scoring candidate in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME). The news came through a statement issued by Mr. Christian Aburime, Soludo’s Press Secretary, on Tuesday.
Umeh achieved an impressive score of 360 out of 400 in the UTME, distinguishing herself as the best-performing candidate. Governor Soludo extended his heartfelt congratulations to the outstanding student, recognizing her exceptional performance as a source of pride for the state.
In recognition of her achievement, the governor has granted Umeh a well-deserved scholarship to pursue any course of her choice at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University.
