In a candid interview on The Honest Bunch Podcast with actor Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, popularly known as Nedu, businesswoman Sandra Iheuwa shared unsettling details about her past marriage to Steve Maduka, CEO of Royal Hairs Limited. Sandra disclosed that the marriage ended with allegations of a gun threat and forceful eviction.

Sandra, who had previously been in a relationship with Ubi Franklin, tied the knot with Steve Maduka in a short-lived union. Speaking on the podcast, she revealed that the reason for the marriage’s collapse was Maduka’s insistence on her leaving his home, citing concerns about her hygiene practices.

Despite adapting to household chores during her pregnancy, Sandra claimed that her ex-husband accused her of pretense and insisted that she vacate the premises. According to Sandra, Maduka threatened her with a gun during this confrontation, creating a tumultuous and distressing situation.

“He threatened me with a gun. He said he was gonna shoot me. He was shouting and insulting my parents,” Sandra recounted during the interview. She went on to describe the challenges she faced in meeting Maduka’s expectations, including adjusting her routines and accommodating traditional expectations.

Narrating her efforts to cater to Maduka’s demands, Sandra stated, “I left my business and I was cooking, doing everything with heavy pregnancy. I will serve him food on the tray because that is what he wants. He is a traditional man. So, I did all of that.”

Despite her efforts, Sandra claimed that Maduka accused her of pretending and insisted that she leave. This revelation provides a glimpse into the complex dynamics of their relationship and adds another layer to the challenges faced by individuals in the public eye.
