Gyokeres, formerly of Coventry City, has been a revelation since joining Sporting, netting an impressive 31 goals since his arrival. His stellar performances have not gone unnoticed, with scouts from Manchester United, Arsenal, and Chelsea reportedly monitoring his progress. The Swedish striker’s latest goal, his 31st of the season, was observed by representatives from the Premier League trio. Sporting’s asking price for Gyokeres stands at a substantial £86 million, reflecting his remarkable impact since his £20.5 million move from Coventry City.
Liverpool, in their quest to find a successor to Jurgen Klopp, is keeping a close eye on Sporting boss Ruben Amorim.
