According to reports from ESPN, once Ratcliffe assumes his role, Ten Hag is preparing to request the new owner to allow him to retain influence in the decision-making process concerning player signings. The former Ajax boss has played a significant role in this aspect since taking charge of the club 18 months ago, notably driving the €95 million deal for Antony, a move that has reportedly raised concerns from the incoming investor.
