Nollywood actress Chioma Okoli, best known for her role in “Skinny Girl In Transit,” recently revealed a deeply personal experience of betrayal and heartbreak during an interview with Chude Jideonwo. In a candid conversation, Okoli recounted the painful moment when she discovered another woman in her boyfriend’s bed, exposing the raw emotions of betrayal and devastation.
According to Okoli, she had fallen deeply in love with her boyfriend and decided to surprise him on his birthday by visiting his home. However, her surprise quickly turned into anguish when she found a naked woman in his bed. The incident shattered Okoli, leaving her emotionally scarred and heartbroken, an experience she describes as her “biggest breakfast” to date.
In addition to the betrayal in her personal life, Okoli also bravely shared her experience of sexual harassment in the industry. She recounted an encounter with a former employer who attempted to exploit her in exchange for a job opportunity.
Recalling the disturbing incident, Okoli revealed that the man had invited her to his office and made her wait for hours before propositioning her for sex in return for a job offer. Despite feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, Okoli stood her ground and refused to compromise her integrity for professional opportunities.
