Actress Yvonne Nelson Reveals Ex-Boyfriend Iyanya’s Infidelity with Tonto Dikeh in Explosive Book

Ghanaian and Nollywood actress Yvonne Nelson has made a startling revelation in her new book, “I am not Yvonne Nelson,” exposing her ex-boyfriend Iyanya’s betrayal with fellow actress Tonto Dikeh in Nigeria.

In Chapter Ten of her book, titled “Iyanya and my Love Life,” Yvonne candidly details her relationship with Nigerian singer Iyanya and how his infidelity with Tonto Dikeh led to their breakup.

Yvonne disclosed that she ended the relationship upon learning about Iyanya’s affair with Tonto Dikeh. Prior to that revelation, she had envisioned a future with Iyanya, describing their relationship as one filled with romantic gestures and breakfasts in bed. She even mentioned that Iyanya had tattooed her initials on his wrist, which she considered a significant commitment. She recalled, “If he wasn’t serious about [us], he wouldn’t do that. In his hit song ‘Ur Waist,’ he mentioned how he lusted over me.”

The actress further divulged that an anonymous caller informed her that whenever she left Iyanya’s house, Tonto Dikeh would visit him, sometimes even staying overnight. Yvonne expressed her shock upon receiving this information, stating, “The person felt strongly that there was something going on between them and thought I should know. That actress turned out to be Tonto Dikeh of Nigeria, one of the female celebrities Iyanya named in his ‘Ur Waist’ song.”

Heartbroken by the revelation, Yvonne took to Twitter to express her emotions. Tonto Dikeh responded on the same platform, implying that feelings change, and Yvonne should move on. Yvonne also revealed that she later heard rumors of Iyanya’s infidelity with some of his female crew members, suggesting that his betrayal of trust was not limited to Tonto Dikeh alone.

Reflecting on the situation, Yvonne acknowledged that Iyanya’s unfaithfulness and his pattern of behavior convinced her that their relationship was destined to fail, even without Tonto Dikeh’s involvement. She concluded, “I did not see the need to keep fighting her for a man I had lost, especially when I knew her fate was not going to be different from mine.”

Yvonne Nelson’s revelation has sparked conversations within the entertainment industry, and fans have shown support for her openness and courage in sharing her personal experiences.
