Cease and Desist Letter Issued as Singer Faces Accusations of Social Media Smear Campaigns

The legal action follows recent accusations by Tiwa Savage, who claimed that Davido had threatened her over her association with Sophia Momodu.
The cease and desist letter outlines serious allegations against Davido, accusing him of engaging in cyberbullying and harassment. Our client in the last couple of days has been subjected to a series of coordinated attacks and cyberbullying orchestrated by your client and his cohorts.”
The legal team reiterated their position, stating, “We are again by this letter reiterating our position expressed in our earlier email that your client would be held responsible for any harm that may befall our client as such will be a clear manifestation of the threats and premeditated ambitions of your client.”
