Gunshots Fired Near Former President During West Palm Beach Incident, Authorities Confirm Failed Plot
Former U.S. President Donald Trump has vowed to never surrender after surviving an assassination attempt on Sunday. Gunshots were fired at Trump’s golf course near West Palm Beach while he was present, federal authorities confirmed.
Trump’s team quickly issued an alert, reassuring supporters that the Republican presidential candidate was unharmed.
The statement read: “There were gunshots in my vicinity, but before rumors start spiraling out of control, I wanted you to hear this first: I am safe and well. Nothing will slow me down. I will never surrender.”
This incident comes months after Trump survived another attempt on his life, during which he was reportedly shot in the ear.
