Social Media Activist Verydarkman Slams Portable Over Assault on Upcoming Artist at Felabration (Video)

Calls for Investigation into the Brutal Attack During Iconic Music Festival

Nigerian social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as Verydarkman (VDM), has issued a sharp warning to controversial singer Habeeb Olalomi Badmus, aka Portable, after a violent incident at the annual Felabration music festival. VDM shared a video showing Portable physically assaulting an upcoming artist in the event’s restroom, igniting public outrage.

The footage reveals Portable aggressively beating the defenseless artist, who chose not to retaliate. According to VDM, the victim had previously worked with Portable in the music industry before their relationship soured, triggering the brutal confrontation when they crossed paths at Felabration.

VDM, known for holding celebrities accountable, condemned Portable’s actions as more than just a random altercation. He described the attack as a calculated effort to humiliate someone who once trusted him. In a fiery statement, VDM warned that Portable’s pattern of unchecked violence and reckless behavior had reached dangerous levels, calling it a threat to public safety.

He urged the organizers of Felabration to launch an investigation and ensure the festival does not become a platform for violence. VDM also vowed to support the assaulted artist, encouraging him to seek justice and promising that his rights would not be ignored.

This incident marks yet another controversial moment for Portable, whose behavior has come under increasing scrutiny in recent months.
