Tacha slams Davido and his fans for online harassment

The reality star accuses the singer and his supporters of bullying and hypocrisy

Tacha, a former contestant on the popular reality show Big Brother Naija, has taken to social media to blast Davido and his fans for the harassment she has been receiving online.

The outspoken star, who is known for her controversial opinions and feuds with other celebrities, posted a series of messages on her Instagram story, calling out the public for staying silent over the abuse she has been facing.

“Y’all must really think you’re doing something!! All the targeted harassment can’t do shit. The TRUTH is the fucking truth!! Giveaway hungry-looking fans. I’m screenshotting all the threats!! Keep them coming IN!! And everyone is quiet!! Network don loss for all of una phone. But you’ll be the first to shout ‘JUSTICE FOR…’”, she wrote.

The drama started after Tacha weighed into the ongoing beef between Davido and Tiwa Savage, two of Nigeria’s biggest music stars, and sided with Tiwa. Tacha criticized Davido for his arrogance and god-complex, telling him to take on someone his size for once.

Following this, Davido liked a tweet that mocked Tacha and her appearance, and she retaliated by pointing out the irony of Davido attending Mohbad’s candlelight night, a tribute to the late rapper who died in a car accident, while being a bigger bully himself. Tacha also noted that Davido was not feeding her, so she had no reason to keep quiet about his foolishness.

This is not the first time Tacha has clashed with Davido online. Late last year, Tacha defended Phyna, another reality star, after Davido mistakenly liked a tweet that shaded her and later apologized, saying he did not know her. Tacha assured Phyna that even if Davido did not know her, God and many people did. Davido responded by liking another tweet that subtly insulted Tacha, and she fired back by accusing him of setting Phyna up for more trolling with his insincere apology.

Tacha’s confrontation with Davido has also attracted some negative comments from some internet users, who predicted her downfall and career failure, as Davido is one of the most influential and powerful figures in the Nigerian entertainment industry. Tacha, however, dismissed these predictions, reminding them that her career did not end in 2019, when she was disqualified from the Big Brother Naija show for physical violence. She questioned who would end her career, as she boasted about her achievements and fan base.

Tacha, whose real name is Anita Natacha Akide, rose to fame after participating in the fourth season of Big Brother Naija, where she was one of the most popular and controversial housemates. She has since built a loyal following of fans, who call themselves Titans, and has ventured into various businesses and projects, such as fashion, cosmetics, and social media influencing.

Davido, whose real name is David Adeleke, is one of the most successful and acclaimed Nigerian musicians, with multiple awards, endorsements, and collaborations to his name. He is also known for his philanthropy, generosity, and lavish lifestyle, as well as his involvement in politics and social issues.

Neither Davido nor his representatives have responded to Tacha’s allegations as of the time of writing this report.
